Standard Terms and Conditions:
All payments must be made online upon registration.
If you require a VAT invoice, please indicate this.
Invoiced payments must be made 1 business day prior to the event start time.

Registration Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you may send a substitute delegate in your place at no additional cost. Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. Should you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing and a credit note will be issued valid for use towards any future event for a period of twelve months.
Cancellation notifications received less than 14 days from the event date will receive a credit note to the value of the registration fee less an administration fee of R1 500 (excl. VAT).
EHI Training does not provide refunds for cancellations. The prices above are based on one person per registration. It is not possible for multiple people to attend within any day of the event on a single registration.

EHI Training reserves the right to change or cancel any part of its published programme due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to change, modify or amend programme content, facilitators or venues. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events if circumstances arise whereby performance of the event is no longer feasible. We have taken due care in selecting qualified professionals as its authors and course facilitators. The information provided by course facilitators is not produced by EHI Training and should be regarded as such.
